PACE , Pathways to Antimicrobial Clinical Efficacy , is a UK-based public-private partnership dedicated to accelerating the development of new diagnostics and treatments for AMR. Funded by Wellcome and UKRI, PACE provides clinical trial infrastructure, regulatory expertise, and development support for promising AMR candidates, specifically addressing the late-stage development bottlenecks that have caused multiple promising antibiotic programs to stall or fail.
